Best Moisturizer For Dry Itchy Skin Rash

Homemade dry skin recipes are all the rage now a day as people are going green and tired of using toxic chemicals on our skin. Many inexpensive, drug-store type moisturizers are loaded with additives, preservatives, and mineral oil which can upset the delicate pH balance of your skin. Normally, healthy skin should have a pH between 4.2 and 6.5. Anything higher or lower than this can upset your skin barrier which protects the skin from environmental elements like bacteria, wind, dehydration, etc. And skin diseases like acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea.

The basic purpose of a moisturizer is to trap water on the skin hydrate it. In addition to keeping the skin supple the best moisturizer should also prevent dry skin conditions from progressing to something worse like eczema or an infected dry itchy skin rash. If you have dry skin or skin problems, it’s important to start taking care of your skin right away.

So what are some of the best homemade dry skin recipes? There are a ton of them, but my favorite is an egg yolk and honey mask. This mask feels great and my skin is so moist and soft after each treatment. Here are the simple instructions:

- mix 2 egg yolks then slowly add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix well.
- apply this mixture all over the face and neck and leave it on for 20-30 minutes.
- lie down and rest for a while until it dries.
- rinse well and apply a good facial moisturizer for dry skin.

Another great and simple homemade dry skin recipe includes massaging warm olive oil at night right after you’ve washed your face. This can be a bit greasy, so it’s best done at nighttime.

Ok, so what can you do during the day to keep skin moist? Use a water-proof moisturizer that provide continuous hydration. For best results it should be water-proof and rub-proof and most importantly it should also have an effective delivery system using lyphazome technology, so it can penetrate the skin deeply for best results.

Lyphazomes technology is not new, and has been used medical/pharmaceutical grade moisturizers for years, especially for burn victims because they are so effective at delivering moisture deep into the skin. Lyphazomes contain very small nanospheres - about 1/50th the size of human skin cells, so they can penetrate better. In addition, since these nanospheres are concentrated so they can deliver up to 80% of the bioactive ingredients - which is why this type of moisturizer works so well.

If you suffer from dry skin and you’re not using a moisturizer that uses Lyphazome technology.well you’re just wasting your money. We are a nation obsessed with beauty and youth and we put much value and emphasis on our looks. This could be why cosmetic face surgery is such a popular procedure in our culture. Its not just for the rich and famous anymore.

Cosmetic facelift surgery (also called Rhytidectomy) is intended to help remove the signs of aging in both the neck and face. Specifically sagging and creases get smoothed, fatty deposits are removed (like jowls), double chins get tucked, eyelids may be tightened, and so forth.

Its important to understand that a face lift surgery will only help to make you look more alert , refreshed/rested and maybe a bit younger. A facelift surgery wont dramatically change your appearance or stop you from aging. It is very important that you discuss your expectations with your surgeon before undergoing any surgery.

Risks: As with any surgery there are risks that should factor into your decision making process. Facelifts can cause visible scars, infections, hair loss, nerve damage, skin loss, swelling and pain. If done poorly a person may find their face un-symmetrical, meaning corrective surgery may be necessary, and at quite a cost.

You may be wondering what a cosmetic facelift surgery runs. The combination of a surgeons fees, facility fee, and anesthesia fee costs between $7,000 - $18,000 depending on the extent of the procedure. Its for that reason that many people combine plastic surgery procedures (like a nose job) with a facelift so that the anesthesia fee and site fee are only paid once.

Safer and Less Expensive Options: If youre looking for an alternative to facelifts, then theres good news. You can have a facelift without surgery. How? By using facial exercises. Face Exercises. Click on the following to see a Free Video for Crow’s Feet

Just like the muscles of the body, the face benefits from daily workouts. Studies have proven that those who exercise the facial muscles daily look younger and more rested than those who do not.

Facial Exercises not only firm up sagging muscles naturally, but also help improve skin complexion, tone, color, reduce pore size and distribute skin oils to even out moisture and oily/dry spots on the face. Face exercises are an excellent and inexpensive alternative to face lift with much natural results. Try these Free Face Exercises

Derma Roller - See the Results on The Rachael Ray Show

Rachael Ray, the popular daytime talk show host, recently did segment on anti-aging called the Human Lab Segment where she had audience members and Dr. Ciraldo, Professor of Dermatology, evaluate top anti-aging creams and techniques to see which really worked. She passed out a few top products to select audience members and then had them report on their before and after progress a few weeks later. Derma Roller - SEE THE VIDEO CLIP HERE.

The derma roller, a small hand held device that contains 192 surgical a steel points, was one of the most popular skincare devices evaluated.

How It Works -The Research

This micro needling or skin needling technique is one of the hottest natural remedies for removing acne scars and wrinkles, stretch marks, white heads, and black heads. The derma roller is also used to perform collagen induction therapy (CIT). According to numerous studies, when these needles or points are rolled over the skin, it causes the body to naturally produce collagen in effort to heal the skin , something our skin doesn’t do so often after we reach a certain age.

A Swiss dermatologist performed a study on 600 aging men and women with wrinkles and scars. He found that 60% of the participants had a reduction in deep facial scars and 40% had reduced lines and wrinkles. The dermatologist suspects these incredible results are due to collagen production in reaction to the derma roller. He found that collagen was able to smooth out stretch marks, fill in fine lines and fill in depressed pitted scars.

How the Derma Roller Works: When you roll this device over the skin it makes small puncture wounds into the very upper layer of the skin. This cause the body to begin production of collagen fibers, elastin, and other skin cells which is what helps to fill in lines, wrinkles, remove stretch marks fill in deep pitted scars. That’s why the derma roller is one of the best acne scar treatments.

Also, it allows for increased absorption of your favorite anti-aging creams. Every time you use the derma roller, it causes new collagen and elastin to form thereby reducing the appearance of stretch marks, scars, and wrinkles. This is one of the best home remedies for face wrinkles on the market. It was nice to see a product review that really worked and was based on science.

One of the best advantages of the derma roller is that its non-invasive and doesn’t require healing or downtime like other skin rejuvenating techniques. And its also safe for men and women of color; this is also an issue when considering chemical or laser peels.
