In addition to working out, you should try to be more active in other aspects of your life, like walking when you can instead of driving or using the stairs instead of an elevator.
One last tip is find a way to record and monitor your weight loss activities. Get a journal to record meals, minutes and exercised and similar things so that you can keep track of what you have accomplished.
